The Indiana Fever found themselves with a .500 record at nine wins and nine losses on Monday, a surprising situation for a team loaded with star players including Caitlin Clark, Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston.

Coach Stephanie White's team is nevertheless a favorite choice of oddsmakers to make it to the 2025 WNBA Finals based on raw talent and potential.

On Monday, Clark's thoughts were revealed on a pair of Fever teammates ahead of her and Minnesota Lynx forward Napheesa Collier's upcoming WNBA All-Star draft determining which WNBA players will be added to which teams following the league's recent WNBA All-Star Game roster announcement.

"The WNBA All-Star draft with Caitlin Clark and Napheesa Collier is tonight - but will air tomorrow," reporter Scott Agness wrote on X.

"I think there's a high chance that Kels (Mitchell) and AB (Boston) are on my team. That's the goal," Clark reportedly said according to Indiana Pacers and Fever beat reporter. 

"Why not air it live as they pick 'em?" one fan wrote. 

"Let's go, baby," another added with a fire emoji. 

"Ooh, are we gonna get leaks?" another asked.

"So it's all going to leak out before the actual TV event (on July 8)? Pointless," another fan added. 

Clark was voted in as a starter along with Paige Bueckers of the Dallas Wings, Sabrina Ionescu of the New York Liberty, Allisha Gray of the Atlanta Dream, Breanna Stewart of the Liberty and others, and now will have a chance to put her stamp on her team ahead of the big game on July 19, 2025.
