On July 15, 2025, Fanatics Sportsbook announced its new, exclusive partnership with the WWE to offer WWE-themed casino games.
Get ready, WWE Universe — Fanatics Sportsbook has just announced an exciting new partnership that is sure to have fans ready to rumble.
WWE Joins Forces With Fanatics Sportsbook To Offer Fans Exclusive Wrestling-Themed Casino Games
Fanatics Sportsbook, which launched in 2023, has just announced another exciting new development. Beginning at the end of July 2025, Fanatics players in select states will be able to officially play WWE-themed casino games, thanks to the company's new multi-year licensing agreement.
In a statement sent to The Blast, Fanatics Betting and Gaming explained that its new agreement with the WWE allows it to produce exclusive online casino games for Fanatics Casino (available on Android, iOS, and the web) users in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
The new games will become available for players in those states just in time for SummerSlam, which takes place over two nights — Saturday, August 2, and Sunday, August 3.
WWE Is 'Excited' To Team With Fanatics Betting And Gaming
“We are excited to expand our relationship with WWE to now include an exclusive portfolio of WWE-themed online casino games,” said Ari Borod, Chief Business Officer at Fanatics Betting and Gaming.
“This is a natural extension of the WWE-Fanatics partnership which already includes global e-commerce, licensed merchandise, memorabilia, as well as producing and distributing a growing lineup of digital shows," Borod continued.
Fanatics Game Studios has produced several of the most popular games on Fanatics Casino and will produce the WWE-themed online casino games in partnership with Boom Entertainment and Games Global.
So far, the online casino games will include:
- WWE Blackjack
- Raw Multiplier Melee
- SmackDown Big Money Entrance!
- WWE Bonus Rumble Gold Blitz
- WWE Clash of the Wilds
And that's not all there is to be excited about. To celebrate SummerSlam in August 2025, a WWE-branded takeover of Fanatics Casino will feature exclusive sign-up offers, and the popular "Spin to Win" game will receive a special WWE makeover.
What Is WWE's SummerSlam?
First produced in 1988, WWE's SummerSlam is the second-largest event of the year for the company, coming in right behind their flagship event, WrestleMania.
Over the years, the massive wrestling event has taken place at iconic venues like Madison Square Garden, the former Staples Center, and Barclays Center. This year, however, SummerSlam will be spread across two days at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
In an exciting video shared by the WWE in April 2025, they announced this year's star-studded event will be hosted by rap legend and Grammy winner Cardi B.
“What’s up, WWE universe?” the "Bodak Yellow" rapper said in the teaser clip. “Guess what? SummerSlam. MetLife. Two nights. And I will finally be hosting.”
“And nobody better try me,” she finished.
Cardi B's partnership with the company comes years after the WWE reportedly expressed interest in her hosting the event in 2021, per Bleacher Report.
Fanatics Keeps Raising The Bar
Fanatics Sportsbook's new partnership with WWE aligns with the company's strategy of leveraging high-profile collaborations to differentiate itself from the competition.
In early June 2025, Fanatics announced its partnership with Johnny Manziel's podcast, "Glory Daze," where the former NFL player "... sits down to have authentic conversations with some of the most iconic and legendary names in sports as they share never-before-heard stories, discuss their career-defining moments, and much more."
Additionally, throughout each episode, Manziel transforms into "Johnny FanCash," his alter ego who is dedicated to highlighting Fanatics' global merchandise store and sportsbook by offering fans "one-of-a-kind giveaways."
Fanatics Sportsbook Continues To Meet The Moment
And the good vibes with Fanatics don't just end there. Throughout the NBA playoffs, the online casino exemplified its customer-first approach by initiating its "Fair Play Policy," which protected bettors' sports picks if a player was injured during the first half of a contest.
For example, Fanatics refunded over $500,000 in bets when Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry exited a game unexpectedly. The same happened when Kristaps Porzingis was injured during a Boston Celtics matchup against the New York Knicks.
In a statement to The Blast, Fanatics called their policy "the right thing to do."
"If a player unexpectedly exits a game early, Fanatics Sportsbook pays out the Under as a winner and refunds any Over single player prop bets," the company said. "If the player is part of a customer's parlay, Fanatics Sportsbook will click the Under as a winner and void the parlay leg for any Overs and keep the parlay active with recalculated odds."
