Hamilton was carted off after a sideline concussion evaluation. The Steelers then scored their first touchdown of the game after posting just a field goal in the first half.
All-Pro Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton left the third quarter of Sunday's AFC North showdown against the Pittsburgh Steelers with an apparent head injury, and Baltimore immediately suffered on the field in his absence.
Hamilton sustained the injury on Pittsburgh's first drive of the half when he collided helmet-to-helmet with teammate Alohi Gilman. The back of Hamilton's helmet hit the turf after the collision with Gilman.

He just got friendly fire from his teammate as they collided, not good 🙏 pic.twitter.com/i8nyV6wB2x
Hamilton remained down of the turf for several moments, but was eventually able to walk off the field on his own.
Both Gilman and Hamilton underwent concussion evaluation in a sideline medical tent. Gilman was cleared to return, but Hamilton left the field on a cart. His status wasn't immediately clear, but he remained off the field as the Steelers marched for their first touchdown of the game to tie it at 10-10.
A three-time Pro Bowler and two-time All-Pro in his four NFL seasons, Hamilton is the anchor of Baltimore's secondary and arguably their most valuable defender. In addition to the concern for his health, the Ravens are significantly handicapped without him on the field.
The winner of Sunday's game wins the AFC North and goes to the playoffs. The loser's season is done.
