The Group Stage for the FA WNL League Cup has today been announced, with Leeds United Women drawn into Group U of the new look competition.
The Whites will face Halifax Women at home to begin their campaign, before travelling to Norton & Stockton Ancients and York City.
Following the completion of the Group Stages, the 22 group winners along with the 10 best runners up will progress to the Cup Knockout Stage, with the remaining 12 runners up and 20 best third placed teams advancing to the Plate Knockout Stage.
Leeds have pedigree in the previous format of the tournament, having lifted the FA WNL Plate back in 2023.
