Caitlin Clark has always been one of the biggest supporters of her Indiana Fever teammate Aliyah Boston. In fact, the All-Star playmaker has been seen several times hugging the forward and telling her how "amazing" she is.
Unsurprisingly, after Boston was honored at Massachusetts’ State House on Monday, with the city declaring July 14 as "Aliyah Boston Day," Clark was among the first to react and celebrate the occasion.
The Fever honored Boston with a post on Instagram, sharing photos of her during her State House recognition, along with the caption, "it’s HER day. July 14, 2025 is officially “Aliyah Boston Day” in the city of Boston."
Clark, meanwhile, shared the Fever's post on her Instagram Stories. While she didn't write anything, it was loud and clear how proud she is of her teammate. The 23-year-old guard also liked the post from the Fever.

Boston received the recognition thanks to her work as a basketball player, starting from her high school career after she led Worcester Academy in Massachusetts to an 86-10 record, per WGBH.
Boston was also pivotal in helping the South Carolina Gamecocks win the national championship in 2022. In the WNBA, the Fever star has established herself as an All-Star and one of the most promising young players in the league.
"Today’s players are inspiring women and girls all over the world," Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey said of Boston. "And you know what? They’re inspiring men and boys as well. And that’s a great thing. That has everything to do with the role models that we’re seeing in the WNBA. And there’s no better example of a role model than Aliyah Boston."
