The Golden State Warriors need to figure out what to do with Jonathan Kuminga before spending in free agency.

The days have gone by, and the Golden State Warriors have yet to make a move in free agency.
They've been linked to Al Horford for days now, but general manager Mike Dunleavy and his brass have yet to pull the trigger on any move.
According to ESPN insider Shams Charania, that will continue to be the case for as long as they can't reach an agreement with Jonathan Kuminga:
“The Warriors have not made a move yet this offseason because a lot of what they're going to do, or trying to do, hinges on [Jonathan Kuminga's] restricted free agency,” Charania said on Sirius XM radio. “Does he come back on a deal? Or are you signing and trading him? That's held up their movement this offseason. You have a full NBA team whose actions have been held up so far because they're waiting on that.”
The Warriors extended him a $7.5 million qualifying offer, and as a restricted free agent, they have the right to match any offer he gets somewhere else.
Multiple teams are reportedly keeping tabs on him and are in a position to give him more money and a bigger role, but the Warriors don't want to let him walk unless they can get something in return.
They have already turned down an approach from the Sacramento Kings, but there haven't been any more updates about his situation for days now.
The Warriors may not be able to afford staying put for much longer while the free-agent market dries out, and perhaps they will have no choice but to match an offer he gets and then reconsider trading him before the trade deadline next season.
