On Sunday, the Indiana Fever broke open a tight contest against the Dallas Wings with 64 first‑half points, a WNBA record this season, cruising to a 102-83 victory.

Indiana erupted for 36 points in the second quarter on 16‑of‑21 shooting, turning a slim early lead into a comfortable cushion by halftime.

Kelsey Mitchell poured in a team‑high 20 points, but it was guard Caitlin Clark who stole the spotlight with 14 points, 13 assists and five steals, her second career game with at least 10 points, 10 assists and five steals and the fifth player in league history with multiple such games.

Walking back down the tunnel after the game, Clark turned to the lens and said, "Big dub. Two in a row. Two more till All‑Star. Let’s go! Woooo!"

Despite operating at just 33% shooting, Clark’s playmaking catalyzed a balanced attack as five Fever players scored in double figures and Indiana finished with 30 assists, tying a franchise record.

The win improved the Fever to 11-10, moving them above .500 in the Eastern Conference standings and into third place, just three and a half games behind the New York Liberty (14-6) and two and a half games behind the Atlanta Dream (12-9).

Under coach Stephanie White, Indiana’s high‑octane offense now ranks fourth league‑wide at 84.5 points per game, with Clark averaging 16.7 points, 9.0 assists, 4.8 rebounds and 1.7 steals through 12 contests.

The Fever have just two more games between now and the All-Star break, with a matchup on Tuesday against the Connecticut Sun and another Wednesday versus the New York Liberty, both on the road.

With the WNBA All-Star Game set for this upcoming Saturday night in Indianapolis, the Fever will aim to continue their winning streak and maintain their position near the playoff cutline going into the break.
