NBA All-Stars LeBron James and Steph Curry had their seasons cut short in the postseason by the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Minnesota defeated James and the Los Angeles Lakers 4-1 in the first round of the NBA playoffs, while they took down the Golden State Warriors 4-1 in the second round after Curry was sidelined during Game 1 of the series with a hamstring strain.
Following the end of the season, both players were seen playing golf, which led to Curry poking fun at James' swing. According to an article from Yahoo Sports, James' swing seemed “awkward and stiff” and somewhat similar to NBA legend Charles Barkley’s swing.
The Warriors guard, who has been golfing since he was 10, impersonated James during the American Century Championship over this past weekend in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, which a fan recognized and shouted, “LeBron.”
“Unbelievable impersonation of my Bron’s follow-through in the golf swing,” Curry said to the fan after the moment. “But we all want to welcome LeBron James to the world of golf because the game needs you, big fella.”

Following Curry’s remarks, James posted a few videos to his Instagram story on Monday of him practicing his swing at a golf course. “Smoked it,” one of James' friends said, to which he replied, “Maybe at the tip.”
If James is practicing his golf skills, he could compete against Curry in next year’s American Century Championship. Former NHL player Joe Pavelski won this year’s tournament with 73 points. Meanwhile, Curry came in fifth place at 58, and Barkley ended in 69th at minus-17 points, according to an ESPN report.
