The Las Vegas Aces escaped with a 104–102 victory over the Golden State Valkyries on Saturday, but the game belonged to Tiffany Hayes and her jaw-dropping one-legged three-pointer.

With just 7.1 seconds left in the game and the Valkyries trailing 102–97, Hayes launched an off-balance 26-foot one-legged three that seemed impossible, but somehow swished through the net. The stunning shot shocked everyone and cut the Aces’ lead to just two points.

Despite the momentum swing, the Aces were able to sink two free throws not long after, extending their lead to 104–100. The Valkyries fought until the final buzzer, with Kayla Thornton hitting a buzzer-beating 19-foot jumper to close the gap, but it wasn’t enough.

While the Aces claimed the win, Hayes’ incredible shot was a highlight of the game, a moment that showed the new Golden State team can compete with the best in the league.
