Also no. Rather, it's because the Brewers rookie phenom, Jacob Misiorowski, was named to the NL All Star team last night. Misiorowski has started just five games for the Brewers since making his MLB debut one month ago. It's by far the fewest amount of games played for an All Star in MLB history, but every start has been appointment viewing.

There's a lot of attention around the league focused on the Milwaukee Brewers. Because of their five game winning streak? Nope. Because of their push to the top of the division?
Naturally, some around the league were not happy with the decision, most notably the Philadelphia Phillies.
Several Phillies players were upset that their starting pitcher, Cristopher Sanchez, was not selected as an All Star replacement instead. Sanchez this season has a 2.59 ERA in 18 starts over 107.2 IP. He was not asked and they felt he should've been.
Sanchez is also the Phillies' scheduled starter on Sunday, making him ineligible to pitch in the All Star Game to begin with.
Manager Pat Murphy was not surprised by the backlash to his young starter's selection to the Midsummer Classic. But he also shared a message that is incredibly true.
"This is the entertainment business" Murphy said. "People want to see Miz pitch"
Every single one of Misiorowski's five starts have been must-see TV, even his one rough outing in New York. MLB has on their hands a marketable young star that people want to see. The All Star Game will have a huge amount of eyeballs on baseball, especially since there are no other major sports going on at the time. The demand is there for Miz, and MLB is trying to meet it.
"He's the new shiny toy in the league. And it's not, deserving has nothing to do with it. It's like any of us that have great fortune come our way. Are we deserving?" Murphy added.
The Phillies players were not necessarily trying to hate on or throw shade at Misiorowski personally, they know he didn't ask for this, but their frustration is likely more with the league.
"You can criticize a lot of what MLB does, but bottom line is that they're pretty thoughtful... I feel like, from my level, from my little, small view, they do a great job of getting it right, and this wasn't a fly by night decision, this is something they thought through" Murphy added.
As Christian Yelich told the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel's Curt Hogg, "It's an honor. He should enjoy it. And if people don't like it, f*** 'em".
