Angel Reese is a proud team co-owner here.

Chicago Sky star Angel Reese remains one of the best players in the WNBA. After being selected seventh overall in the 2024 draft, she quickly established herself as an All-Star in the league, putting up 13.6 points and 13.1 rebounds per game in her first year.
While Reese got off to a slow start with the Sky this 2025 campaign, she has since been able to recapture her old form and improve her play. In 18 games played so far, she has averaged 13.2 points, 12.9 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.6 steals.
The Sky have still largely struggled, posting a 5-13 record at the time of writing, but Reese has certainly been a ray of hope for the franchise.
Amid the Sky's slump and her focus on the WNBA season, though, Reese hasn't forgotten her other ventures off the court. In fact, on Tuesday after their loss to the Washington Mystics, she went full team owner mode.
Reese, who co-owns the soccer club DC Power FC, sent a message to the team after the players attended the Sky-Mystics game.
"Thank you ladies for coming out today!" Reese wrote, while posting a photo of herself with the DC Power FC players. "Can't wait to see you this season kill it on the field!"
Angel Reese joined the ownership group of DC Power FC in 2024, just over a month after she was drafted into the WNBA. According to Sportico, Reese paid cash for a 5% stake in the franchise.
The soccer club plays in the USL Super League, which started its inaugural season last August 2024.
