Angel Reese was recently involved in a major announcement involving her partnership with Reebok during her second season in the WNBA.

Reese has collaborated with Reebok to release The Angel Reese 1: Diamond Dust on Sept. 18.

While the initial news caught the attention of fans, Reese also shared some insight into her WNBA career during an interview on the sneaker release.

In the interview, Reese listed the toughest players to guard in the WNBA. She gave credit to the forward position, singling out Alyssa Thomas, A'ja Wilson and Napheesa Collier.

"Napheesa [Collier], A’ja [Wilson] and Alyssa Thomas," Reese said. "I may as well just say the forwards in the league, I think, are the best players in the league."

Wilson has been in the league since 2018 and has already earned herself a Hall of Fame resume with three MVP awards and seven WNBA All-Star Game appearances. She has played her entire career with the Las Vegas Aces, winning back-to-back WNBA titles in 2022 and 2023.

Thomas, a six-time WNBA All-Star, is widely regarded as one of the most versatile players in the league history, finding success with the Connecticut Sun and the Phoenix Mercury. She owns the most triple-doubles in league history with 19. No other player has more than four.

Collier, a former WNBA Rookie of the Year, leads the No. 1 team in the WNBA, the Minnesota Lynx. Minnesota sits at 27-5 on the season, leading other top teams like the Atlanta Dream and New York Liberty by at least six games.
