Manchester City have launched their 2025/26 third kit in collaboration with PUMA, with the design paying tribute to Manchester’s famously changeable weather.
The kit features an all-over raindrop pattern on both the jersey and shorts, complemented by neon green accents along the neck, shoulders and side panels. A green-to-blue gradient runs through the centralised PUMA logo, club crest and socks, evoking the iridescence of water. The crest itself has a transparent finish, designed to resemble water droplets on glass.

Serena Gosling, Manchester City’s Director of Retail & Licensing, said the design reflects the city, club history and cultural influences:
“As part of our creative process, PUMA and the Club explore different design directions for each kit… We are looking forward to seeing the players wearing the kits on the pitch this season.”
PUMA’s Senior Director of Product Line Management Teamsport Apparel, Marco Mueller, added:
“We decided to design a kit that not only embraces the rainy Manchester weather but also the fact the fans stick by the team ‘Rain or Shine’.”
The kit will be worn in both men’s and women’s competitions this season and is available in two versions. The Authentic Jersey, made with PUMA’s ULTRAWEAVE fabric, is designed for performance, while the Replica Jersey offers a more relaxed fit. Both incorporate PUMA’s dryCELL technology for moisture management.
In line with PUMA’s sustainability goals, the Replica version is made from at least 95% recycled textile waste through the RE:FIBRE initiative, which turns old materials into new fabrics.
