Jamal Musiala suffered a serious injury during the Club World Cup quarter-final between FC Bayern and Paris Saint-Germain in the USA and had to be substituted at half-time.

Examinations by the German champion's doctors have revealed that Bayern's new #10 sustained a fracture of the fibula associated with a broken and dislocated ankle.

Following his horrific injury, and overwhelming amount of players, coaches and other football figures and stars have reached out to Musiala to wish him a good and speedy recovery.

Julian Nagelsmann (German national team): “Jamal's injury is a huge shock for all of us - after he had only just fought his way back onto the pitch following his muscle injury.
