DeWitt was voted the high school football team in Greater Lansing most likely to reach Ford Field in a LSJ reader poll last week.
The Panthers were one of the area teams to make the deepest playoff runs in the area in 2024 as they reached the Division 3 state semifinals. DeWitt was one of five 11-player teams in the area to reach the semifinals and finished the season 12-1.
To make a trip to Ford Field in 2025, the Panthers will have to lose a few major components of their offense in twins Abram and Elliott Larner, who led a unit that was the most prolific in school history.
