Bobby Portis Jr. is officially back with the Milwaukee Bucks after signing his fourth contract with the team.
The Milwaukee Bucks made the re-signing of forward Bobby Portis Jr. official on June 7.
Portis declined his player option for the 2025-26 season and instead signed a new free agent deal for $44 million over three years – the last of which is also a player option.
Since originally signing with the Bucks in 2020, Portis has signed new deals in 2021, 2022 and 2025.
The 30-year-old is entering his 11th year in the league and the upcoming season will be his sixth in Milwaukee.
Portis played a career-low 49 games last season in large part because of a 25-game suspension for violating the league’s anti-drug policy. He shot 46.6% overall and 36.5% from behind the 3-point line, his lowest marks since 2019-20. Portis did average 13.9 points and 8.4 rebounds in the regular season.
