The Chicago Sky will be without Angel Reese for a third time in four games when they battle the Golden State Valkyries at Wintrust Arena on Friday.
Reese is still dealing with a lingering back injury, which has forced her to sit out Friday’s matchup as the Sky hope to bust out of their deflating six-game losing streak.
Angel Reese Stuns With Her Outfit at the Sky-Valkyries Game
Despite her injury, Reese still joined her team for the game, where she cheered them on from the bench. Naturally, the two-time All-Star still had to come dressed to impress as she once again slayed in the tunnel with her gameday outfit.

Reese went for a chic and fashion-forward look for Friday’s ensemble. She wore a structured, cropped cream trench-style jacket that featured double-breasted buttons and a belted waist. She paired her top with a white mini skirt with front button detailing, which perfectly complemented her jacket.
For her footwear, Reese decided to go with knee-high suede peep-toe boots in a soft tan shade, adding a warm contrast to her look. Finally, the 23-year-old accessorized with a textured black clutch bag, square-frame glasses and manicured nails for a pop of color.
Reese is Dealing With Concerning Injury
Reese headed into Friday’s game with a questionable tag. The team ultimately decided before tip-off, however, that it would be best to have her sit out at least one more game as she continues to nurse her back issue.
It is worth noting that Reese suited up for Chicago’s last game, where she dropped a 22-point, 13-rebound double-double in the Sky’s 103-86 blowout loss to the Washington Mystics. Reese appeared fine during the game, so it remains unclear whether she re-aggravated her back injury.
Either way, Reese’s status for Sunday’s home game against the Phoenix Mercury is now currently up in the air.
