The former Bucks guard would be a decent addition to the Knicks PG room.
It's a bit surprising that former Milwaukee Bucks Rookie of the Year Malcolm Brogdon is still without a team. Brogdon, while he isn't the perfect player, is certainly still a valuable veteran around the league.
However, for whatever reason, he remains without a team.
Despite that, James Herbert of CBS Sports believes that it could change in the coming weeks. He noted that after the Knicks extended Mikal Bridges to a four-year, $150 million deal, Brogdon could be the player they go after to finish their offseason.

"The Knicks added Guerschon Yabusele and Jordan Clarkson, but they still have only 12 players under contract. No. 51 pick Mohamed Diawara will sign with New York rather than staying in Cholet, according to the French team, but that could be a two-way contract," Herbert wrote.
"Could Ben Simmons be an option? He's been linked to the Knicks, and, if coach Mike Brown wants to play faster and diversify the offense, maybe he's worth a shot. It would be simpler to integrate a playmaker like Malcolm Brogdon, though, and three guards who finished the season in New York —Cameron Payne, Landry Shamet and Delon Wright — remain unsigned. Precious Achiuwa is still out there, too."
The veteran has been around the league over the past few years, appearing in games for the Boston Celtics, Portland Trail Blazers, and Washington Wizards.
In his 24 games with the Wizards a season ago, he averaged 12.7 points and shot just 28.6% from 3-point range.
Outside of that, Brogdon has been a valuable 3-point shooter, shooting 38.8% from beyond the arc throughout his career.
