Another big night for the former UConn Huskies star

On Wednesday, her rookie season continued in strong fashion, as she scored 21 points, dished out seven assists, and made three from beyond the line. Despite the big game for Bueckers, the Dallas Wings fell 88-85 at home to the Atlanta Dream.

Before tonight's game, the Wings rookie was scoring 18.2 points per game, dishing out 5.5 assists, and adding four rebounds per game. The former UConn star was the top pick in the 2025 WNBA draft after helping the Huskies win the NCAA Tournament title.

She was the high scorer for Dallas, but three others scored double digits in the game, including Arike Ogunbowale, who added 12.
For Atlanta, they had four score double digits. Off the bench, Naz Hillmon was outstanding, as she played 29 minutes and scored a team-high 21 points.
The Wings are at home on Friday to take on Caitlin Clark's Indiana Fever. Clark remains questionable with her groin injury.
