The legend of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi is strong within the fabric of European football, but Robert Lewandowski has thrown himself in the mix with the two all-time greats.

At the age of 37, Lewandowski is still operating at a high level, scoring goals for Barcelona even as his playing time dips.

With his contract set to expire at the end of the season, and rumors of an exit swirl, possibly to MLS in the United States, Lewandowski is continuing to prove his greatness while Barcelona push for glory on multiple fronts, including domestically where they now maintain a four-point lead above Real Madrid who do hold a game in hand.

After putting yet another goal in the back of the net in early February, Lewandowski has joined an elite company of players that includes himself plus two all-time legends with the ultimate pedigree.
