Real Madrid youngster Franco Mastantuono spoke in a recent interview with Davo, offering warm words about his relationship with Jude Bellingham and his admiration for Thibaut Courtois.
Discussing his bond with Bellingham, Mastantuono highlighted the connection they have despite the language barrier:
“I get along very well with Bellingham. He speaks Spanish, more or less, but I don’t speak English. There isn’t much communication, but I love him a lot; he helped me a great deal.”
He added that even without fully understanding each other’s words, they still manage to connect:
“I don’t understand what he’s saying to me in English, and he doesn’t understand everything I’m saying to him. We communicate on a deeper level,”
Mastantuono also reserved special praise for Courtois, calling him the greatest to ever play his position:
“Courtois is the best goalkeeper in history. He’s amazing. He had an incredible Champions League final against Liverpool,”
