Rotherham United have signed former Sunderland, Middlesbrough and Millwall forward Duncan Watmore and completed the loan signing of Aston Villa defender Lino Sousa.
Watmore, 31, was a free agent and has signed a contract until the end of the season.
Sousa, 21, has joined for the rest of the campaign, having previously had loan spells with Plymouth and Bristol Rovers.
Both players could make their debuts for the Millers in Saturday's home game against League One leaders Cardiff.
Matt Hamshaw's men have won their past two games to move out of the relegation zone on goal difference.
