Lewandowski impact at Barcelona since 2022

Robert Lewandowski joined Barcelona in 2022 and has played a central role in the club’s recent success. He has scored 78 goals in 120 appearances and helped Barcelona win two La Liga titles.

After some concern about his future under former coach Xavi, Lewandowski experienced a career resurgence under Hansi Flick, his former coach at Bayern Munich, who took the Barca job in 2024.

Last season, Lewandowski also contributed to Barcelona reaching the Champions League semi-finals for the first time since 2019.

This season, the Polish forward has found himself struggling for fitness, but has scored nine goals when he has been fit to play.
