Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has been speaking to the media before Saturday's Premier League game against Leeds United at Elland Road (kick-off 15:00 GMT).
Here are the key lines from his news conference:
- He wants the Premier League to increase the matchday squad size to help the standard and "maintain the mental health of the players". He said: "At the end, you have positions and players who can play in various positions, and you cannot overload some of the positions and weaken them. The demand on games are bigger, so we need a bigger squad."

- Arsenal forward Max Dowman, who is 16, has signed a new contract with the Gunners and Arteta said the youngster is "one of the best, what he has done with us since the age of 15 - me personally I have never seen it before".
- Despite losing 3-2 to Manchester United last weekend Arteta said his team need to feel that he's "right behind them" and added "if they keep playing with that freedom and enjoyment and make sure that journey is beautiful".
- However, Arteta suggested the way Arsenal conceded two of the goals against Michael Carrick's team indicated they needed a tactical reset in certain moments of the game. "The way we give away [the ball] to Manchester United, big yes. Depending on the action and depending on the moment of the game. The way we conceded two goals, big yes," said Arteta.
