Iowa women's basketball rides hot streak in latest ESPN Bracketology

The Iowa Hawkeyes are riding a hot streak and sitting in a rather comfortable spot in the latest ESPN NCAA Women's Tournament bracketology update.

The Iowa Hawkeyes women's basketball team is soaring record-wise. Sitting at 18-2 with a 9-0 mark in Big Ten play, the Hawkeyes are retaining their No. 2 seed and opportunity to host in the NCAA Tournament.

That's the rosy news. Elsewhere, Iowa was dealth a blow learning that veteran guard and sharpshooter Taylor McCabe is done for the year after suffering a season-ending knee injury. As one of Iowa's top three-point shooters, the Hawkeyes will have to replenish her output and ability to threaten defenses from deep.

While the Hawkeyes work to rally around each other and stay hot, check out the latest ESPN NCAA Women's Tournament bracketology.
