Here's what you need to know to watch UFC 325 on Paramount+ – the promotion’s second numbered event in as many weeks on its new broadcast platform.

The UFC is back in Australia’s capital of Sydney, and the featherweight title is on the line in a rematch at the top of the card.

Broadcast and streaming info

UFC 325 has a main card that airs at 9 p.m. ET – an hour earlier than numbered pay-per-view main cards used to start. The entire event will be streamed on Paramount+ for subscribers. The early prelims stream at 5 p.m. ET, followed by four more prelims at 7 p.m., then the main card at 9 p.m. ET.

Main event: Alexander Volkanovski

Misc.: After he lost the featherweight title to Ilia Topuria, he watched while Topuria defended it once, then vacated it to take a stab at lightweight. That left the 145-pound belt open again, and Volk took it back with a win over Lopes at UFC 314 in April 2025. Lopes bounced back with a knockout of Jean Silva, and that was enough to get him a second crack.

Misc.: Lopes had a five-fight winning streak to get his first shot at Volkanovski nine months ago. While that fight wasn’t a blowout, Volkanovski left little doubt – consensus was an average of 4 rounds to 1 – with the judges and media analysts and pundits. He was a 2-1 underdog to Silva in the Noche UFC main event this past September and took home a rare double bonus for his second-round knockout to get back to a title shot.

Misc.: Somehow, Hooker is approaching a dozen years in the UFC – and it does sometimes seem like he’s been around forever. But even he would admit, most likely, he’s struggled against the top-shelf UFC lightweights – with losses to Dustin Poirier, Michael Chandler, eventual lightweight and now welterweight champ Islam Makhachev, Arnold Allen and Arman Tsarukyan. He had three straight wins ahead of his loss to Tsarukyan in Abu Dhabi in November, though, so an upset of “BSD” would have him right back in the conversation.

At UFC 322 this past November, he put away Dariush in just 16 seconds for a second straight performance bonus. A win over Hooker, particularly an impressive one, would force him into the lightweight title picture.
