Christian Gonzalez had his first interception of the season at the most important time during the AFC Championship Game on Sunday.
On 2nd-and-9 with 2:18 to go and the Broncos down 10-7, Denver quarterback Jarrett Stidham threw the ball down field. Instead of connecting with Marvin Mims Jr., Gonzalez read the play perfectly, jumped up and intercepted Stidham.
The interception marked the first for New England Patriots cornerback this season. It not only gave the Patriots the ball back, it helped New England punch its ticket to Super Bowl 60.

It marks the first time the Patriots return to the Super Bowl since Feb. 3, 2019 when they beat the Los Angeles Rams, 13-3.
After two straight 4-13 seasons, parting ways with Bill Belichick and firing Jerod Mayo after one year, the Patriots found a new identity under Mike Vrabel in Year 1.
And it paid dividends as Drake Maye will go to his first Super Bowl in just his second season.
