Will the Seahawks go to the Super Bowl in Santa Clara? Or will the Rams knock them off at Lumen Field for the third time in as many playoff meetings?
This is it. The Seattle Seahawks are within touching distance of reaching the Super Bowl for the first time since the 2014 season. Having already won the NFC West with critical late-season victories over the Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers, Seattle will essentially have to win the NFC West all over again by beating the Rams again, having blasted the 49ers in the previous round.
Two teams decided by a single point through over 120 minutes of regular season football. All signs point to the trilogy being another one decided in the closing stages. The only time the Seahawks have lost playoff games at Lumen Field have been to the Rams, whether they’re based in St. Louis or Los Angeles.
It’s been a great season whether the Seahawks win this game or not. Let’s make it an even greater one and get some revenge along the way.
