West Ham manager Graham Potter wants to bolster his options in the final third at the London Stadium club, and the Austria international has caught his attention. He has been dubbed ‘dangerous’ and also boasts ‘real quality’, and West Ham could do with his qualities going forward.
Schmid ended last term with five goals and six assists in 35 games after notching four goals and seven assists in 2023-24, and his versatility would come in handy with the Hammers.
