Chicago Sky star Angel Reese is always making a statement. Either on the basketball court or on social media, the 23-year-old has a knack for drawing attention. Most recently, Reese posted a series of images on IG in an outfit that made me think of the Notorious Big's classic line "I stay Gucci down to the socks." Only Reese wasn't wearing any socks in the pics, but you'll see what I mean.

Reese posted the image on July 23, but it was the fit she'd worn to the Sky's 91-68 road loss to the Minnesota Lynx. Reese had her customary double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds. Unfortunately, she also had nine turnovers. No matter. 

She still delivered with the Gucci-laced fit and announced herself as a partner with the iconic brand in the caption. "Don’t worry about me… life is GUCCI"

Reese has had an up-and-down year scoring the basketball, but her tenacity, defense and rebounding have remained consistent. She's had a double-double in all but five of the games she's played and is doing her part to help the Sky turn things around this season. 

Off the court, Reese is killing it. In addition to the Gucci partnership, she was named one of the cover athletes for NBA 2K26, joining Shai Gilgeous Alexander and Carmelo Anthony. Reese's first signature sneaker from Reebok, the Mebounds are also dropping soon. There's no official release date for the sneaker, but there's definitely some early buzz. What's new? We're talking about Angel.
