In case you missed it, THE MIAMI HURRICANES ARE IN THE COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYOFF SEMIFINALS!

As Miami continues their march through the playoff bracket, the details for each game have been firmly known. That is the case with the Fiesta Bowl, slated to be played on Thursday, January 8th at 7:30pm eastern. The game will be televised on ESPN.

Their opponent in the CFP Semifinals: the Georgia Bulldogs / Ole Miss Rebels

Miami is ranked #10 in the College Football Playoff rankings, and has been the talk of the town since getting in. They went on the road and beat the #7 Texas A&M Aggies 10-3 in the first round, then followed that up with a dominant 24-14 win over the defending National Champion Ohio State Buckeyes in the Quarterfinals. Miami has shown their mettle as one of the best and most physical teams in the country, and they look to continue that in the Semifinals.

Ole Miss is ranked #6, and like Miami they have a pair of wins already in the College Football Playoffs. They defeated #11 Tulane in the first round at home, then went on the road and beat #3 Georgia 39-34 in an epic All State Sugar Bowl that just ended moments ago.

Mario Cristobal’s team is hot and playing their best football. Ole Miss is heating up and banding together after the defection of their former coach. This will be an epic matchup and I can’t WAIT!
