A former member of the attacking ranks at Real Madrid has this weekend called into question the decision of Barcelona to bring in Marcus Rashford.
Frontman Rashford is of course all set to link up with Hansi Flick’s Barca for next season.
Following a quickfire round of negotiations with Manchester United on Saturday, Deco and co. quickly found an agreement on the terms of a year-long loan for the Englishman.
The Blaugrana will then have the chance to make the transfer a permanent one next summer.

The reaction to Rashford’s impending arrival has since been something of a mixed one across Spain.
As alluded to above, though, one individual of the opinion that Barcelona are certainly taking a risk in bringing in a player with such a chequered recent past is Predrag Mijatović.
Speaking during an interview with SER, as cited by Diario AS, this weekend, former Real Madrid frontman Mijatović was drawn on the latest transfer business at the Camp Nou.
And the 56-year-old went on to explain:
“Rashford is a player who was set to become a real star, but he’s had a very bad run. When you do things like this (signing a loan player), it’s either because you don’t have the money or because you’re not sure he’s going to play well.”
