The Cleveland Guardians' lone player actually playing in the All-Star Game came up in the most pivotal spot Tuesday night.

He took a ball, then a strike, then swung and missed.
But on 1-2, Kwan fouled off two difficult pitches, including one with a swing so late he practically took the ball out of the catcher's glove.
That set Kwan up to pound the sixth pitch of the exchange into the ground toward third base. He beat it out for a game-tying infield single.
Kwan at his finest.
