Talk about loser behavior.
Donald Trump never misses an opportunity to make something all about himself, and even the Club World Cup is no different.
The president was on hand Sunday to present the trophy to the winning team. But when he passed the gleaming trophy over to Chelsea F.C. team captain, Reece James, Trump just....stuck around.
Videos of the spectacle seem to show the soccer players waiting for Trump to get out of the way so they could take their victorious team photos. Even FIFA President Gianni Infantino, who has close ties to Trump, tried to lead him away, only to be ignored and eventually dismissed.

The team wound up having to celebrate with Trump front and center, although they were eventually able to get him to move to the back for some of the photos. One of these ultimately served as the photo chosen by @ChelseaFC to post on social media, with only a sliver of Trump in the background, crashing their pic.
The whole thing was an utter embarrassment, leading to folks photoshopping Trump out of the pictures entirely. (Initially, there were rumors that the football club was behind this, but those were disproven.)
To add further insult, it was later reported that the trophy in question was a mere replica — Trump claims Infantino told him he keep the real $230,000 trophy in the Oval Office "forever."
