The Indiana Fever have been successful over the past several games, winning two straight matchups against the Dallas Wings and the Atlanta Dream.

Caitlin Clark returned to the lineup three games ago and the Fever have since gone 2-1.

Clark has been able to help put the Fever in position to compete for a WNBA title, led by head coach Stephanie White. The All-Star guard has been phenomenal in the scoring realm and has clearly established herself as one of the best passers in the league.

As she continues to improve during her second season in the WNBA, Clark is just 31 points away from hitting the 1,000-point mark in her career, per Underdog.

Caitlin Clark has been one of the most versatile guards in the WNBA over the past two seasons. In college, Clark was widely considered the best scorer in the nation, having finished her career with the most points in NCAA history, 3,951 points.

As mentioned above, Clark will have an opportunity to reach this rare milestone in her sophomore year when the Indiana Fever play the Connecticut Sun on Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET.

Throughout her second season with the Indiana Fever, Caitlin Clark has posted 16.7 points, 4.8 rebounds and 9.0 assists per game. She leads the Fever in average assists while being known as one of the most lethal scorers in the WNBA.

Clark also averages 1.7 steals and 0.6 blocks per game, proving to be an incredible weapons for Stephanie White on both ends of the floor.
