“Brentford are showing initial interest in Omari Hutchinson as possible replacement for Bryan Mbeumo in case of exit with Man Utd on it,” posted the Italian journalist on his X account on Monday afternoon.

“Brentford appreciate Hutchinson but no club-to-club talks yet with Ipswich Town.”

Hutchinson is a 21-year-old attacking midfielder capable of playing on the wings as well. Like Mbeumo, he is a left-footed player, making him suitable for an inverted winger role on the right flank.
