EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Former UTEP men’s basketball standout Otis Frazier the III signs with Elitzur Briga Netanya, a professional basketball team located in Israel.
The forward averaged 13.2 points a game for the Miners last season, while grabbing 5.3 boards and 2.3 steals a game.
He now joins the country’s best league in Israel, the Israeli Basketball Premiere League, after Elitzur Briga Netanya had a successful showing in the Israeli National League in 2020-2021 moving up to the next level
Frazier is set to join the team this upcoming 2025-2026 season.
