Borussia Dortmund have reached an agreement to sign Fábio Silva from Wolverhampton Wanderers, according to David Ornstein of The Athletic.
Ornstein reports that the Bundesliga club has reached an agreement worth €26.5 million, comprising an initial €22.5m fee plus €4m in performance-related add-ons.
Silva, 23, joined Wolves from FC Porto in 2020 as a highly rated teenager, arriving in the Premier League for a then-club-record fee.
The Portuguese player struggled to break into Wolves' first team, leading to loan spells across Europe in recent years.
Silva has played for PSV and Rangers on loan, and the attacker made 24 LaLiga appearances for Las Palmas last season, scoring 10 goals.
The 23-year-old joins fellow summer arrivals Jobe Bellingham, Carney Chukwuemeka, Daniel Svensson, Yan Couto and Patrick Drewes at Dortmund.
