Naomi announced that she was pregnant last week, leaving the status of the WWE Women’s World Championship in flux.

During Monday’s episode of WWE RAW, GM Adam Pearce addressed the future of the belt. With Naomi now out of the picture for the foreseeable future, Pearce told Stephanie Vaquer that her planned match at WWE Clash in Paris won’t happen.

Instead, Pearce said, Vaquer would have to wait a week, as Pearce said he had to find an opponent. Pearce assured Vaquer she was still the No. 1 Contender, and that he had someone for her to face in mind. Vaquer wasn’t pleased, but understood and agreed to wait a week.

Last week, Naomi revealed that she was pregnant, forcing her to have to vacate the title. Although she did, she was clearly not happy about having to. In a segment in the ring, Naomi said that she’d be back as soon as possible, and that when she got back, she was coming for the belt.
