The 21-year-old is set to spend the 2025/26 in France with Strasbourg, as Liam Rosenior’s side look to build on last season’s seventh-place finish in Ligue 1.
He will join up with Chelsea loanees Kendry Paez, Mike Penders and Mamadou Sarr at the French side.
Enciso will sign a long-term contract with BlueCo until 2031 and is viewed as a long-term asset for Chelsea. He is due to join Enzo Maresca’s squad ahead of next season.
The Paraguay international joined Brighton from Libertad in 2022 and has scored five goals in 57 games for the Seagulls.
