The X account for Netflix in Turkey tweeted a supposed announcement of a fight between Paul and Gervonta Davis, to be aired live on the streaming platform, but the post was quickly deleted.
Paul had reportedly been in talks in recent weeks to fight Anthony Joshua, while Davis saw a potential rematch with Lamont Roach Jr. delayed after a controversial draw in March.

Netflix's official X account for the country of Turkey tweeted an announcement for a Nov. 15 fight between Paul and Davis before deleting the post on Wednesday.

The announcement, while premature, seems to be credible. Paul and Davis will indeed face off in an exhibition fight in November, Ring Magazine's Mike Coppinger reported. The bout will take place at State Farm Arena in Atlanta.

MVP CEO Nakisa Bidarian, however, cast some doubt on the report. "Amazing how 'sources' have it confirmed but have it wrong," Bidarian tweeted Wednesday.

Coppinger confirmed Paul was in talks to face Joshua this summer, but those talks "collapsed due to network issues," he reported.
Davis, meanwhile, was eyeing a potential second fight with Roach after they fought to a controversial draw in March. A rematch was realistic enough that target dates for the match in August were reported earlier this summer, but no agreement was ever made official.
When is Jake Paul vs. Gervonta Davis fight?
Paul and Davis are set to fight on Saturday, Nov. 15 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
Paul previously fought Ben Askren in Atlanta in 2021, though the bout took place at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. State Farm Arena has hosted two fights featuring Davis, with "Tank" defeating Yuriorkis Gamboa in 2019 and Mario Barrios in 2021.

Paul has a career boxing record of 12-1. The former YouTuber suffered his only loss against Tommy Fury in 2023 and has won each of his last six professional fights. Paul's last bout came against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in June.
Gervonta Davis boxing record
Davis has a career boxing record of 30-0-1. The World Boxing Association lightweight title holder has never suffered a professional loss, though he had to settle for a draw against Roach when they met in the ring in March.
Jake Paul weight
Paul weighed in at 199.4 pounds for his fight against Chavez, after coming down from 227 pounds for his heavyweight bout with Mike Tyson.
Paul and Davis almost certainly won't come in at the same weight for November's potential fight, but there would likely be a different limit for each fighter going into the exhibition.

While Davis may have to add some weight before his potential fight with Paul, the idea of the two fighters weighing in at nearly the same figure is likely unrealistic.
