Following the game, Aces head coach Becky Hammon shared an update on Wilson's injury status as fans continued to pick up the pieces of what went wrong against the defending champs in New York.
Wilson was fouled by the Liberty's Leonie Fiebich with 4:13 left in the first half. She used her wrists to brace herself and took a hard spill before being ruled out with a right wrist injury at halftime.
She later found her way to the Aces' bench with a brace over the injury.

Wilson missed three games last month due to concussion protocol. She was injured on June 11 after Dearica Hamby of the Sparks struck her in the face.
Following the game, Forbes reporter Khristina Williams shared an update on her condition from Hammon.

Courtside video showed Wilson with her teammates in the huddle as they attempted to win the game vs. the Liberty.
The Aces' next game is scheduled for Thursday against the Washington Mystics in Washington, D.C.
