Grading giant PSA is aiming to reduce turnaround times across a number of submission tiers, the first of which arrived Tuesday.

In an email to customers, PSA announced it would be reducing turnaround times, effective Tuesday, for Value submission from 65 days to 45 days. PSA added it is “actively working on similar improvements for other tiers.”

One of PSA’s most popular submission services, the Value service level is the cheapest available for non-Collectors Club members at $24.99 per card. Value has a maximum insured value of $500 or less per card.

The TCG Bulk and Value Bulk service levels, which are available exclusively for Collectors Club members, remain at $18.99 and $19.99 per card each with a 65-day turnaround time.

The shortened turnaround times arrive three weeks before the National Sports Collectors Convention, which takes place from June 30 to Aug. 3 in Rosemont, Illinois. PSA will offer drop-offs for post-show grading, which includes the standard services and turnaround times, as well as onsite grading for same-day or end-of-show turnaround times starting at $149 per card.

According to a recent report by third-party grading tracker GemRate, PSA has graded roughly 8.9 million cards so far in 2025, an increase of 18% year-over-year. Of those cards, 3.75 million are sports cards, and 5.13 million are TCG or non-sports.
