Striker Miles Leaburn has signed a new three-year deal with Charlton Athletic.

The 21-year-old has scored 30 goals in 90 games for the club since doing so on his debut in July 2022, including 10 last season as the Addicks won promotion to the Championship.

He came through club's academy and is the son of former Charlton striker Carl Leaburn and was previously under contract until the summer of 2026.

Charlton manager Nathan Jones said the forward has a "big future".

"He has to stay injury free, trust his body, trust himself and show the ability he has because he's a magnificent footballer with a fantastic profile," Jones added.

"While he scored some important goals last season, this will be the first time since I've been here that Miles gets a pre-season, so this will be a real start of the journey with him. We feel we have real unfinished business with myself and Miles together."
