The St. Louis Cardinals announced a pair of lineup changes ahead of Tuesday night's tilt against the Colorado Rockies.
After Monday's nights heroics, Brendan Donovan is back in the starting lineup, playing second base and batting leadoff. Jordan Walker, who was benched last night in favor of Lars Nootbaar, is also back in the starting lineup, playing right field and batting sixth.

Donovan, 28, was held out of the starting lineup the last three games with a groin injury. He returned Monday night to deliver a pinch-hit game-winning double in the Bottom of the eighth inning.
After a strong first half which led to his first all-star game appearance, Donovan has been struggling of late. The 28-year old is slashing .200/.269/.286 in 19 games played after the all-star break. Monday night's double was his fourth extra base hit across 70 at bats during that span.
With Donovan slotted at second base, Thomas Saggese moves over to third base in place of Nolan Gorman, who had two errors in last night's game.
Unlike Donovan, Walker has had an impressive turnaround since the all-star break. In 21 games, Walker is slashing .311/.354/.432 with a home run, eight RBIs and three stolen bases. He raised his batting average 30 points from .210 before the break to .240. Walker was 8-for-16 with a home run and 11 total bases prior to being benched.
Lars Nootbaar is being held out of Tuesday's lineup and is day-to-day after suffering a left knee injury Monday night.
At 61-59, the Cardinals are fourth in what is proving to be a tough NL Central, 14 games behind the Division leading Milwaukee Brewers. However, they are only three games behind the New York Mets for the third and final Wild Card spot.
