On Sunday night, a video surfaced of Harden's appearance causing pandemonium at a shoe store in China and it was a site to behold for fans of NBA basketball and one of its most recognizable faces.
"James Harden pulled this INSANE crowd at the Adidas store in Shenzhen, China. Aura," Legion Hoops wrote on X while tagging the adidasHoops X page.
The scene looked like something out of 'Beatlemania' in the early 1960s as Harden was swarmed by Chinese fans during the event.

"(He) gotta be the next big thing in China after Kobe," one fan said.
"China is wild man," another said with a crying eyes symbol on X.
"Clearly not many of those fans know of/watch the playoffs," a third said.
"Tryina have that influence in China like Kobe," another added.
"They think he really that good lol," a fifth said of Harden, whose Clippers lost four games to three in the first round of the playoffs last season.
"Those fans said (screw) his playoff performances we love him," another fan added.
The Clippers' star two-guard averaged 22.8 points last season, 5.8 rebounds, and added 8.7 assists in the process while shooting 41% from the field.
His latest exploits came as John Collins revealed the 'perfect nicknames' for his new teammates. An eight million dollar five-time All-Star's interest in the Clippers was also revealed.
The Clippers have a chance to run it back this upcoming fall and Harden appears married to the game that made him famous, giving Clippers fans hopes of a deep playoff run again next season.
