Crews are making steady progress on UCF Football’s Hagle Gateway project, with the new Promenade Walkway expected to be ready for fans this fall. The project is part of a larger vision that includes the future Nicholson Plaza, Taylor A. Gerring Football Center, and McNamara Cove.

Construction remains in full swing at UCF.

Not only are crews hard at work on the Roth Tower project, slated for Fall 2026 completion, significant progress is being made on Hagle Football Gateway Promenade Walkway and Nicholson Plaza, which is expected to be ready for foot traffic during the 2025 football season.

The promenade is just the first phase of what will eventually be a major hub for UCF Athletics. Future additions to the area will include the revamped Taylor A. Gerring Football Center, McNamara Cove and Nicholson Plaza, all part of the university’s long-term vision to elevate the football program and enhance the gameday atmosphere.

Here’s a look at the progress as of August 6.
