The Egyptian club Al Ahly has reaffirmed its commitment to retaining both Ahmed Nabil "Kouka" and the recent arrival Ahmed Mostafa "Zizo" for the 2025-2026 season.

In an exclusive statement to YallaKora, Kouka’s agent Omar Naji clarified that the player has turned down an offer from Turkish club Kasimpasa and has chosen to stay at Al Ahly.The only sticking point during negotiations was the payment method for the transfer: Al Ahly preferred to receive the amount in two installments, while the Turkish club wanted to spread the payment over a full year.Meanwhile, Al Ahly’s management has categorically refused any offers to sell Zizo, who joined as a free agent after his contract with Zamalek expired.A source close to the club confirmed to Koora that the board is determined to keep the player, regardless of the offers on the table.Worth noting, Al Ahly will kick off their season this Saturday against Modern Sport, aiming to maintain squad stability by holding on to their key players.
