Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich appear to have ended their summer transfer activities with the signing of Luis Diaz, unless they can land Germany forward Nick Woltemade after all, Sport Bild reported on Wednesday.
The weekly said that Bayern bosses see no "urgent need" for further signings. Additional transfers may only happen if players are sold.
It said that CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen and president Herbert Hainer had a meeting on transfers with board member for sport Max Eberl and sporting director Christoph Freund last week.
Winger Diaz arrived last week from English champions Liverpool for more than €70 million ($81 million). Bayern have also signed German internationals Jonathan Tah and Tom Bischof on free transfers from Bayer Leverkusen and Hoffenheim, respectively.
Forwards Thomas Müller, Leroy Sané and Mathys Tel have meanwhile left along with midfielder Joao Palhinha, and playmaker Jamal Musiala is out for several months with a severe leg injury.
Bayern's attempts to sign Woltemade from VfB Stuttgart have so far failed, as the German Cup winners have turned down two offers, the second in the region of €55 million, without even starting talks.
Woltemade is said to be ready for a move to Munich despite a Stuttgart contract until 2028, but the club will reportedly only start considering letting him go if an offer of at least €65 million is tabled.
