German public broadcaster ZDF is set to show UEFA Women's Champions League matches in the upcoming season.
Games will be available both live and on demand via ZDF's television channel and its streaming platform, the broadcaster said.
The coverage is made possible through a new agreement with the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). ZDF did not provide further details.
The EBU said its contract with rights holder UC3 runs for five seasons starting from 2025-26. Under the deal, EBU members can broadcast up to one match per week. The package also includes rights to one semi-final and the final each season.
All Women's Champions League matches will also be available on Disneyy+, which recently secured Europe-wide pay-TV rights to the competition. This is Disney's first time showing live sports in Germany and includes 75 matches per season.
The 18-team group stage is scheduled to begin on October 7.
